In our system, searching for a club membership is a straightforward process that allows you to locate specific membership types associated with customers. Follow these step-by-step instructions to efficiently search for a club membership:
Accessing the Customer Tab:
Log in to the system using your credentials and navigate to the left side panel to find the "Customers" tab.
Locating the Membership Drop-Down Box:
Within the Customer tab, look for the membership drop-down box. This drop-down menu typically contains various membership types available within the system.
Selecting the Membership Type:
Click on the membership drop-down box and choose the specific membership type you are looking for. This selection helps narrow down the search to find relevant memberships associated with customers.
Filtering by Membership Status:
Additionally, you can further refine your search by specifying the status of the membership—active or inactive Or you can search by customers who have never held a membership. This option allows you to focus on memberships based on their current status within the system.
