Welcome to the new Daily Manager Report Excel template. The Daily Manager Report is a valuable tool for your business, but keeping the DMER update to date is time consuming. Users of CertainPath Software can take advantage of a new automated version of the Daily Manager Report Excel template.

Instant Access: Simply navigate to the Reports menu in CertainPath and select the Daily Manager Report. You'll get a custom Excel template filled with essential data.
Simplified Sharing: Distribute your report with ease using a shareable link. However, ensure you share responsibly as anyone with the link can view the report.
Consistent Updates: Each evening, fields in light blue worksheet tabs - |Call Data|Sales Data|Wages| are updated, ensuring you always have the latest insights.
Excel-free Experience: No Excel software? No worries! Access and edit the DMER using the web version of Excel.

💡The new automated report can continue to be used alongside the existing report.
Complete all of the SETUP steps in the new Excel template. You will only need to do this once, and you can copy paste data from the existing template into the new template.
In CertainPath Software, review Service Types under your account settings and assign each Service Type a category. Uncategorized items will appear under the Other column in Excel. (See details below)
Each night, your Excel file is automatically updated.
Each day, compare the new report with the existing and report any discrepancies.
CertainPath Software has introduced a new Service Type category option to enable calls and sales to be categorized in the Excel Daily Manager Report. For each service type, edit the service type and select the service type category. By default, uncategorized service types will be shown under Other.
In the screenshot below, the blue columns are associated with the Service Type categories.
❓The only service type category are Maintenance, Service and Replacement.
The wages categories shown in the Daily Manager Report are associated with the user’s assigned role in CertainPoint Software. This is slightly different from the existing Excel template where the wages were fixed.
A user’s role is defined under Settings / Users / Details.
✋ Quick Tips:
Setup Completion: Ensure all of the yellow fields in the Excel template are filled in.
Edit Thoughtfully: Fields in light blue on the |Call Data|Sales Data|Wages| worksheets are automatically updated nightly. While you can technically edit data in these columns, any changes will be overwritten by CertainPath.
Share Seamlessly: Use the unique URL to share the report and keep everyone on the same page. The URL can been seen when you open the Daily Manager Report in your browser.
Local Backups: Feel free to save a copy on your device, but remember, local versions won't receive automatic updates.
