Technicians not showing on Scoreboard report

  1. Accessing Settings:

    • Begin by logging into the system and locating the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of the interface. Click on the person icon to access the user settings.

  2. Navigating to Business Unit Settings:

    • Once in the settings page, select the "Settings" tab. A dropdown menu will appear displaying various settings options.

  3. Selecting Business Units:

    • From the settings dropdown menu, click on "Business Units." This action will allow you to manage and configure settings for each business unit individually.

  4. Configuring Business Unit Information:

    • Select each business unit individually to access its information settings. Within the Business unit information section, identify and select the service types that should be associated with the respective unit.

  5. Assigning Technicians to Service Types:

    • Under each service type, choose the technicians or employees that should be included in the report for that specific service type within the business unit.

  6. Saving Changes:

    • After making all necessary adjustments and additions to the service types and technicians tied to each business unit, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.

  7. Completing Business Unit Updates:

    • Once you've completed updating the settings for all relevant business units by assigning service types and associated technicians, proceed to exit the settings page.

  8. Accessing Report Dashboard:

    • Navigate back to the report dashboard or scoreboard reporting section within the system.

  9. Viewing Populated Information on Scoreboard Report:

    • Upon returning to the scoreboard report, all information, including the specified service types and technicians tied to each business unit, should now be accurately populated on the scoreboard report.
