Workflow A: Find a specific skill (job-driven)

1. Set filters: Trade + Level + Content Type.

2. Search the exact skill (“load calculations,” “soldering”).

3. Review duration + level.
   Example: ESI Apprentice → Document → search “load calculations” to get step-by-steps for a commercial job.

Workflow B: Build knowledge in a new area (growth)

1. Start with overview content (videos/podcasts) for the big picture.

2. Move to documents for specs and safety.

3. Practice under supervision if required.
   Example: PSI Journeyman learning radiant heating: overview videos → install docs → podcast on troubleshooting.

Workflow C: Stay current (PD/code/tech)

• Daily: 10–15 min podcast.

• Weekly: 1 video on a new tool or technique.

• Monthly: Review updated docs/code.

• Use Favorites to track go-tos and revisit updates.
