# Fixing Playback and Download Issues

Get step-by-step troubleshooting tips for video playback problems and file download issues in the Resource Library.

**Video playback (quick fixes)**

1.  Check internet speed/stability.
    
2.  Clear browser cache; refresh.
    
3.  Try another browser.
    
4.  Close bandwidth-heavy apps/tabs.
    
5.  Lower video quality if available.
    

**If it persists**

-   Test another video site to rule out device issues.
    
-   If on a company network, contact IT (filters or throttling).
    
-   Report via **Help** in the Hub (include browser/device).
    

**Downloads not working**

1.  Confirm browser allows downloads.
    
2.  Check device storage.
    
3.  Try **Right-click → Save As**.
    
4.  Company networks sometimes block downloads—ask IT.
