# Finding Missing Content & Requesting New Content

Learn what to do if you can’t find content, how to broaden your search, and how to request new training materials.

**Can’t find what you need?**

1.  Re-check **profile trade** and **filters**.
    
2.  Broaden search terms (“heat load” → “load calculations”).
    
3.  Look in **related trades** for crossover principles.
    
4.  Check **Recently Added** and **Trending**.
    

**Request new content**

1.  Click **Help/Feedback** in the Library.
    
2.  Include: trade/specialty, skill/tool, urgency, and why it matters.
    
3.  The Knowledge Team prioritizes by demand and job impact.
    

**Note on “outdated” content**

-   Principles change slowly; safety and codes get frequent updates.
    
-   Flag outdated specifics with **Help**—include the exact section.
