Moving a Job From One Customer to Another

If a job or invoice was created on the wrong customer, our support team can move these objects to the proper customer or location for you!

  • Have the Job Numbers and Location Numbers ready for software support.

    • For example: #J1234 needs to move from #C5678 to #C9786 under Location #L1963

  • Contact Customer Support

    • Contact via the Feedback Button under "Send Us a Message"

  • Software Support will complete the move, and contact you when the move has been completed
