Find out how to share training materials with coworkers, encourage team discussions, and mentor apprentices using the Resource Library.

**Share & socialize learning**

-   Post valuable items in your team channel or toolbox talks.
    
-   Ask senior techs to annotate “watch for” moments in a video.
    
-   Pair a junior with a senior to review a doc, then practice a single step.
    

**Mentoring**

-   Build a 3–5 item “starter pack” for apprentices in your trade.
    
-   Encourage questions and short recaps after watching/reading.
    
-   Rotate who presents the “tip of the week.”
