How Do I Move A Customer's Location?

Moving a Location from the wrong customer to the correct customer.

In order to have a Location moved from one Customer to a different Customer, you will need to reach out to Software Support.

  • Have the Customer Numbers and Location Numbers ready for software support.

    • For example: #L1234 needs to move from #C5678 to #C9786

    • Notify Software Support if the Paysource meeds to move with the associated Location Record

  • Contact Customer Support

    • Call: 888.675.5010

    • Email: softwaresupport@mycertainpath.com

    • Contact via the Feedback Button under "Send Us a Message"

  • Software Support will complete the move, and contact you when the move has been completed.
