Navigate to the Account Settings of CertainPath Software.
Scroll down to Other Settings
Uncheck the box next to "Display phone number to technicians"
Click on "Save Other Settings"
How Do I Prevent Technicians From Viewing Customer Phone Numbers?
This setting can be adjusted under Account Settings.
