How to Add a Stochastic User in ServiceTitan

1. Log In to ServiceTitan

Sign in to your ServiceTitan account using an admin-level user.

2. Open User Management

1. In the top-right corner, select the ⚙ Gear icon

2. From the left-hand menu, select People

3. Click Employees

4. Select Add to create a new user

3. Enter Employee Details

Fill out the required fields as follows:

• Employee Name: Stochastic Marketing

• Company Position: Marketing

• Role: Admin

  • Admin access is preferred so our team can run and adjust required reports.

4. Contact Information

• Email Address: [email protected]

• Mobile Number:

  • You may use the CRM or general business number assigned to your account

5. Send Invitation

Under New Account Status:

• Select Send Invitation via Email

This will send an activation email to our team.

If Admin Access Is Not Approved

If your company does not allow admin access, you may assign a different role as long as full report access is granted.

Granting Report Access (Required)

1. Select the ⚙ Gear icon

2. Scroll down the left-hand menu and select Operations

3. Choose Reporting Settings

4. Locate the Stochastic user you created

5. Ensure all reports are enabled and accessible
