    • Once on the reports bas scroll down to the Customer section.

    • Click on the Tune-up Report.

    • After clicking the "Run Report" button, you will be directed to a page where you can set parameters for the report.

    • Specify the desired filters such as:

      • Date range: Enter specific dates within which you want the report to run.

      • Membership: Select the club membership for which you want to generate the tune-up report.

      • Tune-up type: Choose the specific type of tune-up you want to include in the report.

  3. Generate the Report:

    • Once you have set the desired filters for the report, click on the "Generate" button.

    • The system will process your selections and generate the Tune-up Report based on the specified parameters.

  4. Review the Report:

    • Upon generating the report, you will see a list of customers who are due for a tune-up under the selected club membership.

    • The report will display customer information along with their last scheduled tune-up date. If the date column is blank they have not had a tune-up completed.

  5. Access Customer Information:

    • To obtain more detailed information about a specific customer, you can click on the blue hyperlinked customer number located to the left of the customer's information.

    • This will redirect you to the customer's page where you can view additional details and history related to tune-ups and other services.

    • If the address displayed is not the correct address this is because the membership is assigned to the billing location rather than the service location.
