Accessing the Feature for New Equipment
Navigate to the Customer Tab: Start by opening the CertainPath desktop application and accessing the 'Customer' tab.
Search for a Customer: Use the search bar at the top of the screen to locate the specific customer for whom you want to add new equipment.
Add New Equipment: Once you have selected the customer, click on "Add Equipment" to initiate the process of adding a new piece of equipment.
Upload the Equipment Photo: Click on "Select Photo" to upload a new photo of the equipment. This action triggers the AI to start generating the equipment details.
Updating Existing Equipment Details
Find the Equipment: Within the 'Customer' tab, locate the existing piece of equipment you wish to update by navigating to the specific customer's equipment list.
Select the Equipment: Click on the blue equipment piece to select it.
Update the Equipment Photo: Click on "Select Image" or "Change Image" to re-upload a new photo of the equipment. Uploading a new image will prompt the AI to regenerate and update the equipment details based on the new photo.
Reviewing and Editing Generated Details
After uploading the photo, the AI-generated details will be displayed. It's recommended to review these details for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments directly within the software. Once reviewed, save the updated equipment details to maintain an accurate record in your system. You can also copy and paste the data into the fields provided.
